RESUMO

We studied the vascular endothelial vasomotor function in healthy young individuals, depending on the type of character accentuation, levels of neuroticism, depression and anxiety. It is shown that the types of character accentuation effect on endothelial vasomotor function in healthy men and women. Personality characteristics of a person can be a significant risk factor for disease, the pathogenesis of which is the starting element of endothelial vasomotor dysfunction.

RESUMO

The aim of the study was to compare psycho-physiological personality characteristics of patients with newly diagnosed arterial hypertension serving sentence in corrective-labour institutions and treated in a city hospital. In the first group, 36 men of the 612 had grade 1 or 2 essential arterial hypertension. Analysis of psycho-physiological characteristics showed that emotive behaviour and anxiety are the major personality traits hampering compensation of intrapsychic conflict of the psychosomatic type and promote neurotization and depression in subjects with arterial hypertension serving sentence in corrective-labour institutions.

RESUMO

The results of investigation using the routine examinations and psychological methods have revealed the psychological risk factors of development of cardiovascular diseases in the healthy young servicemen. It was established that the disorders in formation of psychological adaptation mechanisms (P < or = 0.05) should be considered as such risk factors. To decrease the probability of cardiovascular pathology in servicement it is necessary to use the methods of psychological correction and psychotherapy.

RESUMO

The result of present investigation was the detection of psycho-visceral markers of high risk of cardiovascular disease development in servicemen with hereditary predisposition to such pathology. It was established that combination of disorders in formation of psychological adaptation mechanisms, abdominal type of fatty tissue distribution, anemia and increase in QT interval duration in respect to heart rate on ECG (p,,0.05) should be considered as the above-mentioned markers. To reduce the possibility of development of cardiovascular pathology in servicemen with genetic determinacy and similar combination of psycho-visceral characteristics it is necessary to use the methods of psychological correction.
